New Partner for Clarke Willmott's Taunton office
South West law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has announced the promotion of Kirill Bingham from Senior Associate to Partner in its Taunton-based Corporate team.
Kirill, who grew up in Exeter and went to read law at Warwick University, joined Clarke Willmott in January 2016 from law firm Ashfords. His promotion comes as a response to growing demand in the market place.
Specialising in dealing with business disposals and acquisitions, Kirill also has expertise in advising on investment and shareholders agreements as well as general company law matters.
Simon Thomas, Head of Clarke Willmott’s Corporate team, said: “Kirill has become a valuable member of the team over the course of the past year and his promotion to Partner at Clarke Willmott clearly represents his importance to the firm.
“We continue to experience strong levels of activity across our market place and Kirill’s promotion reflects our confidence that this will continue despite possible uncertainty in the wider economy.”
Clarke Willmott LLP is a national law firm with seven offices across the country, including Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, London, Manchester, Southampton and Taunton.
