Building Quality Award Success for Chartford Homes
Chartford Homes was the only Yorkshire house builder to reach the finals of national awards to recognise UK house building quality.
Two schemes by Leeds-based Chartford were among 36 selected from 2,000 eligible UK sites in the Premier Guarantee awards, London, on Nov 8.
Chartford Homes was highly commended in Best Small Development for Cherry Trees, Farsley, a £2.9m scheme of 10 detached and semi-detached homes which completed in July 2016 and in Best Medium Sized Development for The Green, Pudsey, a £4.1m scheme of 14 detached and semi-detached homes which completed in September 2016.
Chartford Homes, which specialises in niche sites in sought-after locations in West Yorkshire, won the Northern Large Development of the Year 2012 from Premier Guarantee for its scheme at The Park, Cookridge.
