Graduate joins Land Factor
North East estate management company Land Factor has welcomed a new recruit.
Jessica Graham, 22, from Morpeth, has joined the Bywell-based company as a trainee land agent having completed a BSc Hons degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University, Shropshire.
A former pupil at King Edward VI School, Morpeth, she will join an experienced team to learn all aspects of rural surveying.
Land Factor, which operates throughout the North of England and Southern Scotland, provides a wide portfolio of services, including management, administration, capital tax planning, farm sales, valuation, project management, forestry and farm consultancy advice to estates of all sizes.
“I am incredibly fortunate to be joining such a prestigious company straight from university,” said Jessica who is a member of the Tritlington Young Farmers.
“I’m particularly interested in agricultural tenancy law and the use of sustainable energy by rural estates and am very much looking forward to putting my knowledge into practice.”
Associate director, Hugo Remnant, said: “Jessica has a genuine enthusiasm and interest in rural matters and will be a great addition to the team.”
