Coventry apartments present investment opportunity
A collection of two bedroom apartments launched for sale in Coventry offer an exciting opportunity to property investors.
Persimmon Homes Central has released a selection of two bedroom flats at Paragon Wharf and they are already proving popular with customers looking for a place to call home or as an investment property.
Located within easy reach of Coventry’s thriving city centre, famous for its striking cathedral, the Arena Park shopping centre and the Richo Arena are both close by.
Paragon Wharf is located on Foleshill Road alongside Persimmon’s Paragon Park development, built on the site of the former Courtaulds factory which dates back to the 1920s but has been disused since 2007.
Once a thriving centre of fabric, clothing and plastic manufacturing, the building’s impressive façade has been incorporated into the new development retaining its importance as popular landmark in the area.
Amanda Benjamin, sales director at Persimmon Homes Central, said: “There has been a good demand in Coventry for new-build properties but a general lack of apartments for sale.
“We’ve had lots of interest at Paragon Wharf, particularly from investors, but also from first-time buyers, those looking to move up the property ladder and people thinking of retiring. But potential buyers need to move fast before these spacious apartments are all gone.”
The well-appointed two-bedroom apartments, with open plan living/dining and kitchen area providing a great space for entertaining, are available from £124,995.
Amanda added: “There are several schemes available, including the Government-backed Help to Buy, Home Buy and Part Exchange.”
