Further 177 affordable homes delivered at former RAF aerodrome
Property developers St George have added another 177 affordable homes to their Beaufort Park development in Colindale, which are to be managed by Notting Hill Housing.
The site, which has involved the transformation of a former RAF aerodrome, now includes 617 affordable homes as part of over 2,000 new homes which have been constructed at the Barnet development.
Once complete, Beaufort Park will boast 3,231 homes, with 687 affordable homes managed by various housing associations, and 85,000 sq ft of commercial space.
Craig Carson, Managing Director of St George West London commented: “I am delighted to be celebrating the delivery of a further 177 affordable homes at Beaufort Park. We are very proud of what we have created here.
“With over 2,000 homes delivered, as well as 71,000 sq ft commercial floorspace, the park and play areas, Beaufort Park is a vibrant community and a truly mixed use development.”
