Nortech Group increases UAE presence with Joint Venture
Teesside-based Nortech Group is hoping to grow its presence in the United Arab Emirates with the establishment of a new Joint Venture Company in Abu Dhabi.
Al Dhabi Nortech Engineering Consultancy LLC is a joint venture between Nortech and leading Middle East contracting company, Dhabi Contracting LLC and builds on the Dhabi Nortech brand the companies founded in 2015.
Prior to the JV agreement Dhabi Contracting acted as partner and sponsor to support Nortech’s entry in the market, which led to securing two significant contracts.
Dhabi Nortech provides Engineering Design (Engineering House) and Project Management Consultant (PMC) solutions for UAE’s oil & gas, process, petrochemical, chemical, infrastructure and energy sectors.
Bryan Bunn, Managing Director of the Nortech Group, said: “Founding this Joint Venture approach is a significant step towards establishing a strong presence for Nortech in the UAE market.
“The initial success we have achieved by securing and delivering projects for such a prestigious company as GASCO demonstrates there is a market for our niche services, which we will develop alongside our partner, Dhabi Contracting.”
