Warrington's fast growing Inprova Energy appoints new director
Warrington headquartered Inprova Energy has appointed Leanne James as Director of Account Management.
Most recently, she was Commercial Director for Mitie Energy, and was part of the senior leadership team at Utilyx, which was acquired by Mitie in 2012. She joined Utilyx eight years ago, where she was Head of Customer Relations, before establishing and heading up a new product management division.
Her career in the energy services industry spans 12 years, including senior roles at Accenture company Energy Quote and John Hall Associates.
Michael Dent, Managing Director of Inprova Energy said: “Leanne has vast experience in the energy services industry, where her skills are widely respected. She will make an invaluable contribution to setting and delivering Inprova’s ambitious growth strategy, while ensuring that customer service excellence is at the heart of our expanding business.”
Leanne James said: “It’s an exciting time to join Inprova Energy as it attracts growing numbers of customers, who are seeking an adviser that puts their needs first and provides complete transparency in energy and water procurement. I join a highly professional and dedicated team, which prides itself on trust and integrity. This is evidenced by remarkably high customer retention and standards of service.”
Inprova Energy was launched as the energy division of Inprova Group last year, bringing together three of the UK’s leading energy consultancies (energyTEAM, ENER-G Procurement, and UES Energy), which have a 40-year history.
The company, which is headquartered in Birchwood, has offices across England and Wales, as well as an operation in the US. Its ‘total energy management’ service combines energy and water auditing and management, business energy purchasing and analysis, carbon reduction and reporting, and legislative compliance.
Inprova Energy’s customers include leading UK businesses, such as Virgin Atlantic, National Grid, Carlsberg, Hotel du Vin Malmaison, Village Urban Resorts and retail groups White Stuff and Schuh.
As members of the Energy Institute’s Register for Chartered Energy Managers and Register of Professional Energy Consultants, Inprova Energy’s chartered advisers are qualified ESOS Lead Assessors, and certified to deliver Carbon Trust Standard, ISO 50001 and carbon footprint measurement services.
