Leeds city centre’s 12 Greek Street comes to market following £2m revamp
12 Greek Street in Leeds city centre, which recently underwent a £2m refurbishment, is being brought to market.
Carter Towler has been appointed, alongside Knight Frank, to market the 7-storey office building in the centre of the city’s business district.
The transformation of the property saw changes to the building’s exterior which now features a contemporary bronze-clad façade, as well as common areas including an upgraded entrance and reception area.
The office building also has state-of-the-art security, lighting, heating and ventilation and many additional facilities such as showers, ‘club class’ lockers and drying cabinets.
Richard Fraser, Carter Towler director, said: “We are highly delighted to have been appointed by the building’s owner London-based investment company, Ricsion LLP.
“The attention to detail throughout the refurbishment has transformed this into an exceptional office building which will attract a lot of interest from prospective tenants.”
“There are just over 14,600 sq ft of offices available which can be taken as a whole or divided into suites.
“Either way, this building will make a very prestigious corporate base for businesses looking to offer their staff and customers the very best in terms of location and facilities.”
