Cheshire-based Blackstone Solicitors expands with new Mayfair office
North West law firm Blackstone Solicitors has given its presence in the South a boost with the launch of a London office.
The company, which is headquartered in Hale, near Altrincham, said the new Mayfair base will offer services covering commercial litigation, commercial and residential property law, corporate legal services, and family law, wills and probate.
Headed up by lawyer Emma Nawaz, Blackstone has grown quickly since it was founded in 2010.
Last year, the firm announced a turnover of just over £1m, up 34% against 2015’s figures. Blackstone has forecast growth of 50% in 2017.
Managing director Emma Nawaz said of the expansion: “Our portfolio of London based clients is continuing to expand.
“Opening this Mayfair office will allow us to service their needs locally and to expand our client base further.”
She added: “We are a passionate and tenacious law firm totally focused on winning cases for our clients. We are delighted to open this London office.”
The expansion follows a string of new hires at Blackstone in recent months, including the appointment of David Walton in the role of head of residential conveyancing.
