Ryanair expands at Manchester Airport with new German service
European airline Ryanair has today (February 8) launched a new route connecting Manchester Airport with the German city of Cologne.
The service will run daily and forms part of the carrier’s Winter 2017 schedule.
Ryanair’s Robin Kiely said: “Ryanair is pleased to announce a new route from Manchester to Cologne, with a daily service, as part of our Manchester winter 2017 service, which will go on sale soon.
“UK customers and visitors can look forward to even lower fares when they make advance bookings for their summer or winter holidays, so there’s never been a better time to book a low-fare flight from Manchester.”
He continued: “To celebrate our new Manchester to Cologne route, we are releasing seats for sale across our European network from just €9.99, which are available for booking until midnight Monday (February 13).”
The Cologne route is just one of a string of new services added to Ryanair’s North West offer in recent months.
In December, the airline announced plans to launch a new Manchester to Naples route as part of its Summer 2017 schedule.
The carrier also introduced flights between Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Morocco.
