PH Homes submits planning application for Henbury development
Following the success of The Courtyard, luxury property specialist PH Homes has now submitted plans for its second development in the village of Henbury, near Alderley Edge.
The site at Rough Heys Farm, Rough Heys Lane was formerly used by an agricultural contractor. The plans will replace the existing buildings with 10 luxurious four and five-bedroomed detached homes starting at around £800,000, together with affordable housing in the shape of four delightful mews properties.
Each of the homes would be built in a traditional farmhouse style, featuring classic contemporary interiors with the design flair and attention to detail for which PH Homes is renowned.
“We’re very pleased to have found another excellent location in Henbury”, said PH Homes Managing Director Philip Hughes. “It’s a great opportunity to improve this Brownfield site, and we’re excited at the prospect of bringing more high quality homes to the area.”
The plans are currently under consideration by Cheshire East Council, and a decision is expected by the end of March.
