Smith Brothers snap up hybrid warehouse in Elland
A hybrid warehouse on Lowfields Business Park in Elland has been sold to to Smith Brothers Contracting Limited.
Acting on behalf of Soro UK, Cushman & Wakefield – together with the joint letting agent, Walker Singleton – sold the 10,870 sq ft unit.
The self contained modern warehouse comprises 4,352 sq ft of warehouse space and 6,518 sq ft of offices over two floors.
Scott Morrison, senior surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield, commented: “This sale demonstrates the current buoyant freehold market in Elland where freehold opportunities remain scarce.
’By implementing a proactive marketing campaign, we were able to attract significant interest from a number of parties and ultimately secure a sale at a very competitive price on behalf of our client.“
