Bollards HQ sales surge in Q1 2017
Bollards HQ, the bollard division of street furniture specialist Townscape Products, has announced a surge in sales for Q1 2017 ahead of its first full year in business.
Established just nine months ago to provide a fast and efficient online bollard ordering service for specifiers, contactors and planners – the division is quickly establishing itself as a leader in bollard ecommerce.
From a standing launch in June 2016, the operation has grown steadily. In Q1 2017 sales surged 110 per cent compared to Q4 2016.
Jonathan Goss, managing director at Townscape Products, said: “Bollards HQ was launched to provide the industry with an online procurement platform for the very highest quality, competitively priced bollards – but more than that we have an easy to use platform, broad range and offer a quality personal service.
“At Bollards HQ, we go the extra mile to help planners and contractors to procure and place the right bollards to either control or fully prohibit vehicle access to new or redeveloped areas in order to safeguard the public.
“We’re also leading the way to a greener, smarter future thanks to our range of high-tech solar bollards that promise to help local authorities reduce spend over the coming years.”
Bollards HQ offers a full range of concrete, timber, stainless steel and Performa-cast polymer and solar bollard models as well as numerous styles including everything from Acorn to Manchester.
Jonathan concludes: “Our forward looking, personal approach is combining with our commitments to free delivery and discounts on bulk orders to resonate with the industry, so we hope to continue building on these strengths to deliver an ever better service to customers in 2017.”
