Zinwave names Christian Barb as SVP global sales
Zinwave, a global provider of wideband distributed network solutions for in-building commercial mobile and public safety, announced today that it has named Christian Barb as senior vice president of global sales.
A 25-year veteran of the wireless industry, Barb has formerly served as a senior sales leader across the telecommunications industry. His background includes international sales as well as North American major accounts work, and he has a strong track record of exponentially growing sales.
“As the market continues to pivot with a focus on the enterprise, there are tremendous opportunities to help them with the demands of in-building connectivity,” said Barb. “I’m excited about bringing best-in-class technology to a market whose wireless needs continue to grow.”
Barb’s depth of industry knowledge and his proven ability to build high performing teams will be a key in growing Zinwave’s customer base of enterprise partners. He will be responsible for all global direct and partner channel sales, and he will focus on growing strategic customer accounts and partner relationships.
Barb joins the recent key arrivals at Zinwave of CFO Mike Russell, CTO Slavko Djukic and VP of Operations, James Martin, as the company continues to build strength across its leadership team.
“Zinwave has a highly distributed global sales force, and we have been looking for an executive with Christian’s experience to lead our overall efforts,” said Scott Willis, president and CEO of Zinwave. “I’m looking forward to working with Christian as we unify and expand our sales programmes to better serve the market.”
