Manchester-based residential cleaning franchise Bright & Beautiful acquired by US giant
Manchester-based home cleaning service Bright & Beautiful has been acquired by US franchise giant The Dwyer Group, Inc.
Headquartered in Waco, Texas, Dwyer Group operates 15 franchise brands with £1.2bn in system-wide sales and over 2,800 franchisees across the UK, Germany and North America.
Bright & Beautiful’s business comprises more than 50 individual franchise units, employing over 700 people.
Founded by entrepreneur Rachel Ray 10 years ago, the company provides residential services such as cleaning, laundry and tidying assistance.
