BiP Group invests in MediaCityUK base for Ingenium and Promark Media teams
Business intelligence services provider The BiP Group is establishing a new office for its Northern team at MediaCityUK.
The new building, called Pacific House, will serve as a home for BiP Group brands Ingenium and Promark Media.
Ingenium employs a team of 35 and was previously based in Stockport. The company provides lead generation, content, surveys, data and online events for a client base of international businesses, including KPMG, Deloitte, IBM and Apple.
Promark Media has 30 staff and is moving to MediaCityUK from Chorley. A construction media business, Promark’s portfolio includes digital magazines and various online channels.
BiP, which acquired both companies in the last two years, said combining the two into one location will support its growth plans for them and provide a Northern presence for other brands in the group.
BiP chief executive Simon Burges said: “I am delighted to announce the launch of BiP’s new North of England office in the MediaCity area of Manchester.
“The decision to expand our business presence into Manchester, and bring both of our recent acquisitions into one central location, was the next logical step in our growth and development strategy.”
He added: “MediaCity is a business growth area and our new location in Manchester will provide an excellent opportunity to further develop and expand our footprint across the North of England.”
BiP’s managing director of media and marketing solutions, Grahame Steed, commented: “This is an exciting opportunity and one that gives us the space to grow and develop these businesses; each of which has tremendous potential.”
Pacific House will open its doors on May 15.
