IT company Awareness Software acquires 8,274 sq ft Stockport office
A North West IT company has acquired space at Rhino Court in Stockport.
Manchester property investment firm MCR sold the final 8,274 sq ft unit at the scheme to Awareness Software Ltd.
Originally developed by Leeds-based Marshall CDP, Rhino Court comprises 40,000 sq ft of office accommodation across nine self-contained buildings.
The scheme is located two miles south of Stockport town centre, near the A6 and Hazel Grove train station.
Awareness Software, a provider of outsourced IT services for SMEs, will occupy unit five.
Other businesses at the development include Beeley & Co Solicitors, training provider Keyteach and packaging design company Law Print & Packaging.
Advisors JLL and Matthews & Goodman acted as joint agents for MCR. Property consultants WHR acted for Awareness Software.
JLL director Richard Wharton said: “The popularity of Rhino Court is aided by its strong connectivity and proximity to excellent public transport links and is further evidence of the high demand for good quality office accommodation across Greater Manchester from both SMEs and large corporates in well-located sites.”
