Boutique business centre opens its doors in Newcastle
A new boutique business centre has opened its doors in Newcastle City Centre following a £300k investment drive that has introduced modern amenities and facilities to the property.
Collingwood Buildings on Collingwood Street has undergone a significant revamp with refurbished interiors and new facilities, including showers and complimentary beverages, added to the city centre scheme.
The redeveloped building now boasts 130 fully furnished offices, with 35 now available ranging from 125 sq ft to 2,000 sq ft.
Local chartered surveyors and estate agents Bradley Hall have been tasked with marketing the spruced up units, which also include full air conditioning, reception and high-speed broadband amongst other features.
Neil Hart, Managing Director at the firm, said: “The Collingwood Buildings stand out as a collection of the region’s most impressive office suites thanks to the newly refurbished interiors, additional facilities and the benefit of its fantastic city centre location.
“Opportunities to occupy spaces like this, especially at such a fair rental cost, don’t come around very often. We anticipate the suites to be filled very quickly after coming to market.”
Kim Carradice, sales manager for Collingwood Buildings, added: “The recent investment allowed us to update the available space to provide high quality, luxury boutique office suites for the next tenants.
“The facilities in the building are also unrivalled, offering tenants an excellent professional environment including fast broadband internet connection, full reception services and board and meeting room access, as well as luxury extras including showers and complimentary beverages.”
