New AV division launches at She’s Gott It!
North East event management company She’s Gott It! Is branching out into audio/visual production and hire, following a £150k investment in 2016 from the Finance For Business North East Business Growth Fund
The Durham-based business’ new tech arm will offer assistance to those requiring AV event support as well as providing equipment for those running their own events.
Launched over 15 years ago by Nickie Gott OBE, She’s Gott It! runs over 50 major events around the UK every year for brands such as Sage PLC, Hitachi and Vertu Motors, including conferences, exhibitions, launch events and festivals.
Nickie said: “Launching our own tech division gives us the opportunity to become a ‘one stop shop’ for events and ultimately gives us greater control over the end result. It is a key part of our strategic growth plan that we estimate will see turnover treble over the next five years.
“In the past we have held events where we have hired technology to assist us and have often felt we could provide an enhanced service to our clients if we managed the tech ourselves. So that is exactly what we are doing – we have gone out and bought all the equipment needed and can now control every aspect of an event.
“Modern technology allows for some great additions to events and we are looking forward to offering clients our new service.”
