Spark brothers launch electrical wholesale business in Sale
Two entrepreneurial brothers with the surname Spark have launched a new electrical store in Sale.
Matt and James Spark opened Sparks Electrical Wholesales Ltd after acquiring and redeveloping the former Indespension Trailer Centre on Cross Street.
Property developer Matt and sales manager James both worked in the building trade for years before launching Sparks Electrical Wholesales.
James said: “Like everyone else in Sale, we have been upset to see the closure of local independent retailers over the past few years.
“So, we wanted to give people an alternative to the big-name stores. We offer great quality products to the trade and retail, from first fix and distribution boards through to LED bulbs, smoke alarms and statement lighting at trade prices.”
The brothers are joined at the business by father and son team Mark Stone and Jed Stone.
Matt commented: “It’s great to be involved in another local startup business.
“We have sourced a fantastic range of products and recruited some incredibly knowledgeable staff.”
He added: “We hope to increase our customer base further in the coming months.”
