Stylus launches Brazil offering as it expands into Latin America
Stylus, the global innovation research and trends company created by British entrepreneur Marc Worth, is launching a Brazil offering as it continues its ambitious growth strategy.
Stylus Brazil opens its doors with £1m investment, and will be grown out of São Paulo. The expansion into the Brazil market reflects a response to client need for support in Latin America, as well as the next step in Stylus’ growth strategy.
The new division will be headed-up by trends expert and entrepreneur Andrea Bisker. Bisker will be responsible for managing the development and growth of the Brazil presence and service provision for existing global clients and new business opportunities.
Bisker is the former founder of Mindset, a trends advisory firm that she set up in 2004 and later sold to WGSN in 2013, before leading the company’s Latin America operation for two years. Bisker is a keen entrepreneur, having launched her first business, an incentives marketing agency, at the age of 23. She is a volunteer at The Hebrew Club of São Paulo where she acts as innovation director.
Marc Worth, CEO of Stylus Media Group, said: “Brazil represents a huge opportunity for the creative industries, retaining top five market positions across beauty, automotive and food and beverage. For Stylus specifically, it’s a chance to support innovation and creativity on an even wider scale.
“As we look to expand the Stylus offering, it’s vital to ensure this aligns with meeting our clients needs, which has led us to Latin America. Andrea knows the trends industry and local market inside out, with a fantastic track record in building and developing business operations. I can’t think of anyone better for the task at hand.”
Stylus currently has offices in London, Miami, New York, Melbourne, Singapore and Tokyo.
