Property specialist secures double contract win

DW Support Services (DWSS) – a division of the North East based Fastflow Group - has secured a double contract win with two major UK housing providers.

The deals are with Southern Housing Group and A2 Dominion and involve responsive repair, void refurbishment, planned maintenance and refurbishment and cyclical redecoration works covering 63,000 homes across the south of the UK.

The news comes just three months after the Fastflow Group – of which DWSS is part – secured significant financial backing from Elysian Capital II LP, in London, to support its growth plans.

The Fastflow Group – which has its headquarters in Washington - is a £75 million turnover operation which specialises in property maintenance and management and utility infrastructure and provides work for over 600 people.
