Second phase of Kennedy Wilson's Ilford PRS scheme comes to market
Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate, the European property investment firm, has launched the final phase of its two tower PRS scheme in Ilford.
The final 135 new rental apartments have been released at its Pioneer Point development, bringing total units to 294 across its North and South towers.
Boasting plush amenities including resident lounges, meeting spaces, work pods, kids’ zone and cinema, the latest tranche of one and two bedroom apartments available to rent are housed within the South Tower of the scheme following an extensive redevelopment effort.
The local landmark is Kennedy Wilson’s first foray into the UK PRS sector after the property firm delivered a string of ‘prime’ PRS developments in Ireland in recent years, including the 442 home Vantage development in Dublin.
Mike Pegler, Head of UK Asset Management, of Kennedy Wilson Europe, commented: “Pioneer Point is a local landmark, so to launch the fully completed PRS development, including market-leading amenities will make a positive impact on this thriving submarket.
“KWE is thrilled to be providing prime new apartments for the Ilford community, as well as the individuals and young families that recognise the benefits of Ilford’s green spaces and close proximity to central and east London.”
