Work commences on Driffield's first ever health hub
Following approval granted by Driffield Council earlier this year, work has now started on building the town’s first health hub.
Located on Skerne Road, Driffield, the works will see the transformation of the old Yorkshire Trading building into Driffield Health Hub.
Driffield Health Hub is due open this summer and will house a brand new gym and health hub, including a café, crèche, physiotherapy rooms, beauty therapist, a female only area and 100 free car parking spaces.
Driffield Health Hub was founded by personal trainer Rob Murray and businessman Andy Parker.
Rob said: “Our vision is to deliver a club where everyone can train confidently in a relaxed, friendly and professional environment. Whether you love your group exercise classes or choose to train in our state of the art strength and conditioning section or even our secluded female only area there is a place to train for everyone.
“Already we have had a great response from locals with a huge amount of enquiries. We cannot wait to help improve people’s fitness within the local community.”
Andy added: “We always knew the type of environment we wanted to create for the people of Driffield and I am very happy that this vision is being turned into a reality. I am very excited to bring this Health Hub to Driffield and I hope our members love the idea as much as we do.”
