The new brand will offering contemporary apartments for sale with a focus on regional city centre locations or sites situated within a one hour commute from London, and it has already began marketing its first developments.
These include:
- The Hallmark development in Manchester, a 15-storey luxury development close to Victoria Station and the MEN Arena, comprises 145 one and two bedroom apartments which is due to be completed in 2019.
- Orleans House in Liverpool, a converted warehouse offering 71 studios and 1 to 3 bedroom which is already 40% sold.

- Aria, Leicester, a new build development of 93 apartments which is launching in September 2017.
London-based Delph has been trading since 1948 and boasts a buy-to-let portfolio of over 1,700 properties built up through partnerships with developers across the UK.
The firm itself has a strong base in London with a presence in 18 different areas and neighbourhoods across the capital, as well as holdings in 16 other UK cities.
Commenting on the launch of Forty/8, Richard Forman, Head of Sales and Marketing, commented: “Forty/8 is an exciting new concept for us and we’re confident the brand will appeal to investors, first-time buyers and older downsizers.
“City living is growing in popularity but supply is failing to keep pace with demand in the towns and cities we’re targeting.
“Constrained supply and low interest rates have created conditions which are now close to perfect for investment in a buoyant residential market in key cities and larger towns in the midlands and the north.”
