WiredScore has expanded into another European capital
Digital connectivity ratings company WiredScore has announced it is to launch in another European capital following on from its launch in Paris earlier this year.
The organisation, which has a significant London base, is launching in Dublin today (Wednesday 19 July) with a string of major properties already carrying its accreditation.
According to the organisation it has already certified 2.75m sq ft of office space in the Irish capital, which includes over 22% of Dublin’s current commercial pipeline, and boasts 11 clients including the likes of U+I, Blackstone and Hines.
The expansion marks further moves into the European market for the firm, which started life in New York in 2013 before being awarded the tender for the Mayor of London’s official digital connectivity rating scheme in 2015.
Since then a string of the capital’s most recognisable buildings have all had their digital connectivity and communications infrastructure rated by WiredScore, as fast internet connections and flexible comms become an increasingly central part of a building’s marketability.
WiredScore’s President and EMEA MD William Newton commented: “WiredScore is delighted to be launching today in one of Europe’s most important hubs for the rapidly growing financial and tech industries.
“Dublin has a vast array of impressive buildings, from beautiful old Georgian offices to the cutting-edge office architecture around Grand Canal Docks, that host some of the world’s largest and fastest growing companies.
“We are fortunate to be working with forward thinking landlords, Dublin’s leaders in digital connectivity, who understand how to create buildings that will allow companies to grow and thrive.”
