The acquisition, finalised on Monday 31st July, will enhance the service offering of VINCI Energies’ industrial engineering brand Actemium and will enable it to expand in the continuous process industry sector.

He revealed: “This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and grow our business with the support of VINCI Energies. We are particularly excited by their business model of maintaining autonomous business units, while supporting them in their development to enable them to progress and grow.

“We believe that this is an exciting opportunity for QSI Group and look forward to continuing to support the clients we have worked with for many years and developing and progressing our unique business in the years to come.”
