Provider of modular units has taken extra space in Denton
Strong demand for its modular units has seen Manchester-based AVDanzer lease further space at its site in Denton to support its rapid growth.
The 30-year old firm has taken a further 7,500 sq ft of land at its Windmill Lane premises in Tameside to provide extra storage, preparation and maintenance areas for its anti-vandal units.
AVDanzer, whose modular units are currently in use at sites across the UK including Allied London’s No1 Spinningfields development, have been operating on the Denton since 1991 and last year turned over around £14m.
The firm also manufactured and installed its own modular offices at its Langley Mill site in Nottingham as part of a £200k expansion investment.
Director Helen Scott commented: “The cabin rental side of the business has boomed as UK construction projects continue to grow and the extra space was needed to prepare and refurbish the thousands of units we have in the fleet.
“We now have over 4000 units and we invest over £1.5m each year in expanding, maintaining and refurbishing them to the highest standard so we needed more space to accommodate those that are being worked on before they go back out on hire.”
