First properties come to market at 110-home Lovell scheme in Rock Ferry
A number of properties at Lovell Homes’ Minshull Way scheme on the Wirral have come to market.
The development, located in Rock Ferry, comprises 110 two- and three-bedroom houses.
Each build includes an integrated oven and gas hob, integrated fridge freezer, double-glazed windows, a driveway, garden and patio.
At the end of September, Lovell will open three- and two-bedroom show homes at Minshull Way to showcase the properties’ interiors.
Lovell North West regional sales director Clare Noakes said: “We are extremely excited to release this first phase of homes for sale.
“Lovell Homes’ reputation for delivering quality homes, alongside the excellent price, has created a lot of interest in Minshull Way and we’re expecting to sell these properties very quickly.”
