Eric Wright completes 30,000 sq ft trade hub in Oldham
Building company Eric Wright Group has completed work on Victoria Trading Estate, with 70% of the 30,000 sq ft development already let.
The £2.5m industrial scheme, located off Manchester Road in Oldham, was developed by Eric Wright Group’s Maple Grove arm and comprises seven units ranging from 2,600 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft.
The units, of which three remain available to let, have their own loading doors and designated parking areas.
Occupiers of Victoria Trading Estate include Howdens Joinery, Sally Salon and Tool Station.
Eric Wright Group deputy chairman Jim Carter said: “Victoria Trading Estate is a true Group effort, showcasing how our full-service property offering works together to create a quality development that’s generating huge demand.
“The site caters for specific trade counter requirements and will bring major benefits to the local area by increasing the business population and creating new employment opportunities.”
He added: “Following the success of this scheme, we’re looking for similar sites to develop nationwide and replicate this approach.”
Victoria Trading Estate will be managed by Eric Wright Facilities Management, with Nolan Redshaw appointed as letting agent.
