Property Agency Branches out into Luxury Holiday Lets
Newcastle based property agency Walton Robinson has taken the next step in their expansion plan and launched a brand-new holiday lets division.
The first property on the books for the new arm of the business is South View House. Overlooking the picturesque estuary in Alnmouth this spacious three-storey building has been converted into three luxury holiday apartments, which each sleep up to six guests.
Unlike many holiday lets in the area, South View House will be available all year round. Refurbished to a luxury standard, guests benefit from parking, wifi, full Sky TV package and use of the communal gym and steam room.
Mark Walton, managing director of Walton Robinson commented, “With the amenities of Alnmouth, local golf clubs and the popular tourist spot of Alnwick nearby, these apartments provide the ideal base for exploring the local area or even venturing out to Newcastle or Edinburgh for the day. Walton Robinson are expecting South View House to prove extremely popular with couples, families and groups of friends and it’s an exciting new step for our business.”
The apartments, all of which offer incredible views of the Northumberland Coastline, will be available to book directly through Walton Robinson.
