Heathcotes Group appoints head of commissioning
Chesterfield-based care provider, Heathcotes Group, has appointed Natalia Lysiuk as head of commissioning.
Previously a commissioning manager at Heathcotes, Natalia has been promoted to lead the department with strategic oversight of the company’s national service portfolio. Focusing on both existing business development and new service development, she will play a key role in the ongoing expansion of Heathcotes’ presence across the UK. Natalia has a wealth of experience in development roles in the health and social care. Before joining Heathcotes she worked in a commissioning role for an independent mental health provider and prior to that she worked in executive search recruitment.
Heathcotes managing director, Brendan Kelly, said:
“Since joining us less than two years ago, Natalia has made a huge contribution towards the growth of Heathcotes’ services, particularly with regard to the quality and success of our recruitment to support the development of our estate nationwide. She has also built excellent relationships with clinical commissioning groups and local authorities to strengthen our position as one of the UK’s most experienced providers of residential care for adults. As well increasing as the number of services we provide, we’re also increasing our range of specialisms with the launch of our second specialist Prader-Willi services in Wakefield and our first children’s services in Chesterfield. Natalia played an important part in making that happen and she will be instrumental in shaping Heathcotes’ continued development in the coming years.”
Heathcotes Group currently has over 300 bespoke placements across 40 services nationwide, providing person-centred specialist residential accommodation for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and associated challenging behaviours. The company offer expertise in providing living environments that closely resemble typical family homes.
