Manchester-based Ascend Properties to become £3.5m-turnover agency with latest acquisition
Estate and letting agency Ascend Properties has acquired fellow Manchester-based agents Living Quarter.
Raising the number of managed properties in Ascend’s portfolio to nearly 2,500, the deal has put the company on track to turn over £3.5m in 2018.
Founded in 2014, Ascend now employs a team of 40 across four offices – including a flagship Liverpool branch established earlier this year.
Ascend director Ged McPartlin said the acquisition boosts his company’s reach into a more suburban market.
He explained: [The deal allows] us to extend our reach to beyond the city centre and continue to expand our offering. We’re truly excited for the future.“
“Living Quarter has been established in Monton for six years and has a great reputation.”
Ged continued: “Their ethos is very much in-line with ours, with extremely high client retention thanks to the team’s exceptional customer service. I’m incredibly happy to be welcoming the Living Quarter brand to our family.”
