The company set up shop at The Tea Factory, a converted warehouse on Wood Street, where it is taking on a minimum of 30 new staff members after investing £400k in the move.
RW Invest’s 3,500 sq ft Liverpool base includes show apartments – true-to-scale residential and student flats identical to those inside some of the firm’s apartment schemes
The company is currently working on a number projects in Liverpool, including the One Islington Plaza development within the city’s £2bn Knowledge Quarter.
Michael Gledhill, director of RW Invest, said he is “very excited to be playing a role in the ongoing regeneration in the city” and believes the Knowledge Quarter will “form an important part of Liverpool’s future development”.
He added: “One Islington Plaza will be a landmark building in the gateway to the Knowledge Quarter.”
