Immersive tech firm Studio Liddell to establish base at MediaCityUK
Immersive tech business Studio Liddell is moving one of its two Greater Manchester teams to a new base at MediaCityUK.
The company plans to relocate from 112 Broadway to The Victoria building, where it signed up for space on the ground floor of the East Wing.
Studio Liddell, a provider of animation, virtual reality and augmented reality services, has a second office in the city centre, employing a team of 26 across the two locations.
Kate Mallaband, partner in the commercial property team at regional law firm Napthens, advised the company on the move.
Studio Liddell was established by Ian Liddell, Jon Liddell and Andrew Jones in 1996.
Over the last 21 years, the company has grown from creating imagery for advertising to developing and producing children’s TV shows, technical animations, apps, and virtual and augmented reality.
Studio Liddell is due to move into The Victoria by mid-December.
