Pure Gym is letting a new site in central Croydon
Acting on behalf of Lipman Properties, leisure property specialist Fleurets has successfully let the first floor of 12-20 Crown Hill, in the centre of Croydon.
The 18,500 sq ft site, which is the combination of a former nightclub and snooker hall, is to be occupied by Pure Gym, based in Leeds and with centres across the UK.
Steven Lipman, of Lipman Properties, commented: “Fleurets did a fantastic job securing Pure Gym’s interest, as did Cubic overseeing the handover works. We are delighted to have the market leader as our tenant.”
The property is to undergo a series of comprehensive fit-out schedules, especially due to the anticipated early opening of the gym in the New Year.
Philip Smith, who works at Fleurets and brokered the transaction, also added: “It has been a great experience dealing with the team at Pure Gym.
“I am really pleased that the property will be put to such a positive use and we are all excited to see the finished product.”
Philip Smith of Fleurets and James Hicks of Cubic Building Surveyors represented Lipman Properties.
