North Yorkshire holiday park snapped up with guide price of £2.95m
Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has completed the sale of Rosedale Abbey Holiday Park, a mixed holiday park in North Yorkshire.
The 26-acre park is situated alongside the River Seven in Rosedale Abbey, a village in the North Yorkshire Moors.
Rosedale Abbey Holiday Park is an established static and touring park with consent for over 200 holiday caravans, six camping pods and 75 tents as well as five holiday cottages and two forms of owners accommodation.
The park has been sold off a guide price of £2.95m to a farmer from the region.
William Reynolds, holiday and caravan park specialist at Sanderson Weatherall commented: “The park occupies a very desirable location and offers a great deal of further potential which the buyer quickly recognised”.
“We continue to see incredibly high levels of demand for caravan and holidays park throughout the country as operators and investors seek to expand and diversify their portfolios with parks in Yorkshire being in particularly strong demand.”
