TIME Investments, an award-winning investment firm, has appointed six new business development managements to join its 30-strong distribution team.
Four of the new recruits are to join from Ingenious and Octopus and will support TIME’s growth across various regions. Siobhan Griffin, ex-Ingenious, is joining as senior field BDM and will be looking after a new region in which TIME is creating around the Home Counties and East of England.
Elizabeth Greene, also ex-Ingenious, joins as a field BDM, and will look after the Midlands region. Rebecca Ward joins from Octopus, as an office BDM and Olivia Rolfs, ex-Ingenious, will be an office BDM supporting Siobhan. Ryan Cosson joins as an Office BDM supporting the South West region and Priya Radia joins as sales support from Commerzbank.
Together, the six are said to bring many years of experience of building and developing relationships with financial advisers and supporting them to build client bases.
Simon Housden, sales and marketing director at TIME Investments, said: “Due to growing demand for our products and services, including our tax efficient solutions and unique open ended long income funds, we are continuing our expansion plans apace.
“Siobhan, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Olivia, Ryan and Priya bring with them a wealth of experience and we are delighted to have them as part of our team.”
The company is said to have had a successful year with assets under management for its flagship asset-backed Business Property Relief service now worth over £250m mark.
In addition, TIME’s long income fund, TIME:Commercial Freehold, which invests in long leases to secure stable, inflation linked income returns, recently celebrated its third anniversary and more than £120m AUM, as well as moving to being weekly dealt following adviser demand.
