Kuits law firm advises in a London care home sector deal
A specialist team of commercial law firm, Kuits, has advised care home owner Ruby Chambas-Annan on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Ridgeview Healthcare Limited, London.
The transaction forms the latest in a series of deals completed by the firm in the active UK care home sector.
Ridgeview Care Home, based in Enfield, London, was founded by Lewis Tyloo in 2006.
Ruby Chambas-Annan commented: “Kuits provided brilliant, honest and transparent support throughout this transaction. I could not have asked for anything better. Their fees were reasonable but that did not compromise their service.”
She will now take on the running of the care home, adding to her existing portfolio - including Alpha Residential Care Ltd, in the capital.
Kuits’ specialist care home sector team has provided a service said to encompass advice from commercial property partner Stephen Lopeman and corporate solicitor Ryan Brown.
Ryan Brown commented: “Kuits has built up years of experience in advising care and nursing home operators, allowing us to provide bespoke legal and commercial expertise to support our clients in navigating what is, at present, an active and fast-paced market.”
Matthew Scott of Coupe Bradbury Solicitors acted for Lewis Tyloo on the sale.
