Win your share of £1000!
With the excitement of Christmas seemingly a distant memory and the winter weather taking a turn for the worst – its no wonder a lot of people suffer from the January blues.
All things said, this is about to change thanks to the Alhambra Shopping Centre and Dearne FM, as they officially launch the centres 2018 Random Acts of Kindness campaign.
The Barnsley shopping centre is giving shoppers the chance to win a share of £1000 worth of vouchers to treat themselves or a loved one, and put a smile back on their faces.
On the 19th and 20th January, the Dearne FM team will be in the shopping centre, outside Primark between 11am and 1pm giving residents the chance to win vouchers from Next, The Entertainer, Wilko, TK Maxx, Claire’s, GAME and The Perfume Shop to name but a few.
To enter, shoppers must find a Dearne FM Street Team representative and say the code words ‘Cure My Blues’. The shopper will then get the chance to choose an envelope. Inside could be a voucher worth £20 or £40.
Steph Higham, the Alhambra marketing manager said: “We know that January can be all about the doom and gloom, but we want to help Barnsley residents beat the January blues by giving them something to smile about.
“With the help of Dearne FM we are set to give away £1000 worth of retail vouchers for the stores in the centre through our annual Random Acts of Kindness campaign.”
T’s and C’s apply - There will be £500 worth of voucher to give away each day and shoppers will only get one entry each per day. Once the vouchers have all been won, the competition will close.
