Early Years Careers Specialist Wins Global Award
Newcastle based Smart Resourcing Solutions (SRS) is delighted to have been awarded a Global Excellence Award from AI.
The company, which specialises in early years careers recruitment, was named as Most Outstanding Graduate Recruitment Specialist 2017.
The Global Excellence recipients are handpicked by AI magazine based on the comprehensive analysis and research undertaken by the wider group.
Over the last year SRS has expanded its portfolio and activity under the guidance of managing director Sophie Milliken.
From accredited, bespoke simulation assessment days for Universities, though to direct and bespoke design of recruitment materials and outsourced delivery of graduates and apprentices for employers, SRS has been building a unique approach that is proving successful.
Chelsea Dytham of AI, said:
“We select our candidates purely on merit and recognise the very best in business. Whether a single office firm or a multinational corporation, we reward those that are succeeding in their endeavors, innovating, growing, and improving.”
Smart Resourcing Solutions were the only recruitment firm from Northern England to be included within the awards for 2017. Amongst other achievements the award was given for SRS’s significant achievements over the past calendar year, the company profile and the demonstrated commitment towards innovation.
Sophie said:
“It is always gratifying to receive an accolade for the hard work being done by a team within a business. This award goes to the whole SRS team, who work tirelessly travelling the country and delivering outstanding recruitment and employability services.”
