Stamp Exchange instruction for Gavin Black & Partners
Acting on behalf of North East Chamber of Commerce, Gavin Black & Partners has been instructed to market two office suites in Newcastle’s Stamp Exchange, one of Grainger Town’s classic, Dobson-designed, buildings.
The first floor suites of 3,384 sq ft and 1,516 sq ft total 4,900 sq ft. They have undergone full refurbishment to provide comfort cooling, suspended ceilings, raised access floors and LED light fittings. There is also connectivity with Virgin Media’s fibre network.
Chris Pearson, Gavin Black & Partners, says the space is available on a new lease to be granted for a term by arrangement at £15 per sq ft exclusive.
“This is very good space at the heart of the city with immediate access to the business core, Stephenson Quarter and the nearby bus routes, Central Station and Metro system. The suites are available separately or as one,” says Mr Pearson.
James Ramsbotham, chief executive, North East England Chamber of Commerce says: “We have been in the centre of Newcastle for a number of years and find the Stamp Exchange a great location for both our staff and businesses who come to see us.”
