Knight Frank Secures Two New Lettings At Popular Leeds Business Park
Knight Frank’s multi-award-winning industrial agency team, based in Leeds, has successfully secured the lettings of both Units 5A and 7 Balm Road Industrial Park in Hunslet to the Parts Alliance Group and Impact Hire respectively.
Knight Frank was instructed to market three vacant units on the estate which is owned by ATC Properties and, following a recent refurbishment, two tenants have been secured.
Tom Goode, of Knight Frank’s industrial agency team in Leeds, commented: “We are delighted to have let these two well-appointed trade counter units, totalling 8,242 sq ft, situated in a prominent location in the Hunslet area of south Leeds.
“These lettings further enhance the estate as an established trade counter location which already boasts national names such as James Hargreaves Plumbing Depot. There is now only one 3,689 sq. ft. unit remaining to lease on the estate.
“The city centre is only two miles away, while the adjacent M621 provides direct access to the M1 and M62 and the rest of Yorkshire’s excellent motorway network,” said Mr Goode.
Carter Towler are the joint marketing agents for Balm Road Industrial Park with Knight Frank.
