Private hire firm Arrow Cars invests in executive coach fleet at Manchester Airport

Manchester Airport’s official private-hire taxi company has expanded with the launch of a new executive coach fleet.

Arrow Cars invested in the 16-seater vehicles to expand its services beyond the airport, where it is based.

The coaches are driven by a team of uniformed drivers and feature reclining leather seats, USB charge points and extended luggage capacity.

Arrow became the airport’s official partner seven years ago. It delivers ground transport services to passengers, airport associated companies and corporate clients.

Arrow Cars chairman David Richmond said: “We’ve invested in the highest standard of executive travel to ensure that we deliver the service standards our customers and clients expect.

“We are committed to delivering the highest level of customer service to our airport passengers and our corporate clients.”

He added: “This is only the first phase of our investment as we continue to open up more services.”

Manchester Airport commercial director Stephen Turner commented: “We partnered with Arrow Cars back in 2011 and we’ve been impressed with their professionalism and ability to meet customer demand.

“The introduction of the 16-seater executive coaches provides our 27.8m passengers with another alternative to get to and from the airport, alongside other public transport options available from our ground transport interchange.”
