HRC Law advises NICCE on London growth

HRC Law has advised contemporary casual and streetwear e-tailer, NICCE, on its lease of a 3,750 square foot warehouse and office space in Shoreditch.

The property, on Bethnal Green Road, East London, comprises of two floors as well as a 950 square foot courtyard. It has been acquired to support NICCE’s continued expansion and bring together the creative and commercial teams under one roof. The business is one of the fastest growing online fashion retailers in the UK with its brand also stocked in outlets such as ASOS, House of Fraser, Footasylum and Topman.

Commenting on the new premises, founder, Mitchel Galvin-Farnol said: “The space will be for designers, product developers, and technical experts who measure and fit our garments. We focus on the quality of our products, so having access to the best facilities is paramount.

“The team at HRC Law understands our business and is always able to respond with clear advice and support on matters from commercial contracts around ecommerce and the supply chain through to this warehouse property requirement.”

This latest deal bolsters HRC Law’s credentials in the sector. The firm already acts for a number of leading fashions brands across its corporate, commercial, employment and property teams.
