Newcastle's Jackson Hogg makes exclusive deal with manufacturing firm
One of the largest technical recruitment specialists in the region, Jackson Hogg Recruitment, has partnered with a national manufacturing company to deliver resourcing solutions.
The Newcastle-based recruitment consultancy has agreed an exclusivity arrangement to support Pryme Group with all of its future appointments.
The contract will see Jackson Hogg working closely with Pryme Group, a company that offers a range of integrated contract and subcontract manufacturing capabilities across the oil and gas, defence and aerospace industries.
The partnership comes at a time of growth for both companies, expanding their teams to cover increasing demand.
Lorna Madden, Jackson Hogg’s management consultant, said: “From our discussions with Pryme Group, we identified that it was going through a period of change and growth that ultimately would require a more agile way of managing its recruitment requirements.
“With appointments to be made across the UK, and at a range of levels within the business, we thought that developing our relationship in this way would be the most effective approach.”
Murray Kerr, Pryme Group’s strategic commercial director, commented: “Having worked with Jackson Hogg in the past, we didn’t hesitate to contact them when it came to needing support.
“Knowing how complex the next few years are going to be in terms of recruitment within the group, this programme of constant support is exactly what we need, and we are looking forward to developing this arrangement.”
