The Regenda Group announces new board members
A North West based housing business has announced three new members are joining its board.
Joanna Wild, Tom Jones and Gill Boston join an eight person board at The Regenda Group.
Joanna Wild is a FTSE 250 leader and the former Managing Director of Thomas Cook Group PLC – Retail.
Joanna has consultancy and non-executive experience and brings knowledge of profit growth, operational efficiencies and customer excellence.
Tom Jones is currently the Managing Director of a corporate advisory and consultancy business, having previously led the development of the global nuclear strategy for Amec Foster Wheeler.
Tom brings with him a reputation for driving business advantage and holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.
Gill is currently the lay member for patient and public involvement on Eastern Cheshire CCGs Governing Body. Gill brings a wealth of experience in policy development and strategic partnership work.
The new additions to the board come at a time of considerable growth for The Regenda Group. The organisation is currently diversifying into the education, training and apprenticeship sector, and has recently acquired three new businesses: Alder Training, Positive Footprints and Centre 56.
