Altrincham tax specialists to relocate
Forbes Dawson is a partner-led firm, with a team of dedicated experts on hand to provide high quality, specialist tax advice to clients and other professional advisers. The firm has out-grown its existing premises at Station House, Stamford New Road and has taken the 3,100 sq ft of offices on the first floor of Fairbank House on a five year lease.
Laura Hutchinson, partner, Forbes Dawson, said: “We are very pleased to move into a space that will allow us to better serve our clients and provide the foundations for further growth. The business has grown significantly over the last six years, including the recent appointment of Tim Shaw (previously a director at Deloitte) as partner. Fairbank House matches our firm’s ambitions to attract excellent tax advisers to join the team and enables us to make the space our own.”
Daniel Lee, director, Regional Property Solutions, who acted for the landlord Hyrst Garth Estate Limited, said: “Forbes Dawson secured this vacant floor in the building prior to refurbishment which it will fit out and brand to their own requirements.”
The last refurbished suite of 1,100 sq ft is available through joint letting agents Canning O’Neill and Regional Property Solutions.
