Jet2.com announces new ski route to Turin from Leeds Bradford Airport for this winter season
Jet2.com has announced a brand new ski route to Turin from Leeds Bradford Airport for Winter 18/19.
The new route means that the leisure airline will now operate to five ski destinations from the airport this winter, with over 60,000 departing ski seats on sale.
Jet2 also now has a total of 58 routes on sale from Leeds Bradford (Summer and Winter).
Turin, which hosted the 2006 Winter Olympics, offers a gateway to 400km of piste at the Milky Way ski area and also provides access to several other Italian ski resorts such as Cervinia, Courmayeur, Vars, Le Corbier, Sestriere and Pila.
This is Jet2’s second new winter destination from Leeds Bradford Airport for Winter 18/19, in addition to Krakow.
Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, said: “As the only airline flying to the slopes from Leeds Bradford Airport, we are delighted to be giving customers even more choice thanks to the addition of flights to Turin.
“This means customers can choose from five ski routes with Jet2.com this winter, and with Saturday morning flights giving skiers and snowboarders even more time to hit the slopes, we expect this to be an enormously popular route.”
