Energy firm bolsters recruitment drive with new career opportunities
A South Shields energy consultancy is offering numerous job opportunities as it looks to continue its rapid growth.
The Green Energy Advice Bureau, which specialises in fully managed end-to-end bespoke energy consultancy, currently employs over 100 staff, with the head office based at One Trinity Green, South Shields.
The rapidly expanding business also has offices in Liverpool, Mallorca and Serbia.
The consultancy - which helps their customers negotiate on their business energy bills - in turn making them more sustainable and environmentally friendly, is currently recruiting for various roles including energy consultants and B2B sales executives.
While an understanding of the energy market is desirable for some positions, it’s not essential as the business offers a range of training and career development opportunities.
In addition to ongoing training, the company offers competitive rates of pay, uncapped bonuses, an unrivalled incentive scheme and opportunities to travel to the companies’ European offices.
Paul Cobb, managing director, commented on the recruitment drive: “Recruiting additional sales experts will allow us to continue to provide excellent customer service to our valued clients.
“We have been very impressed by the candidates we’ve interviewed to date but we’re still recruiting - we look forward to hearing from individuals who would like to be a part of our growing team.
“Last year was superb for The Green Energy Advice Bureau and we are hoping to beat it this year. It’s a very exciting time to be a part of a fast-paced, growing energy consultancy.”
Established in 2015, the company is a regional success story with sales estimated to reach £9m in its third financial year.
